Why is my order delayed?

Your order will only be delayed because there is an issue with the courier. At the beginning of your order you will receive a tracking code which we will also monitor and this should enable us track your parcel. Any delays we will raise with the courier.
How do I cancel an order?

If your order is already showing as sent then you will need to return it to us un opened. Our return address is on our contact us page.
How do I modify an order?

We always want you to be happy with our products and if you’re not entirely satisfied with anything* you’ve purchased from us , and they are unused within their original packaging you can return them for a refund within 14 days.
